Select Variables and complete the information

All variables should be completed to run the model. However, some of them are values declared in scientific studies which can be reused in different areas (such as wastewater production per person). So, variables have been categorized in two levels: user_input variables that should be completed, and reference_data, variables are optional because are already defined in bibliographic references.
